So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I came to this country in 2002 from Romania. I only had $600 in my pocket and could not speak any English. Though, I remained positive. I had odd jobs to accumulate more money. I worked construction, a bouncer at a club, and a martial arts instructor. In 2007, I had tried to open up my own school, though with the economic crash shortly after, I was not successful. So, I went back to teaching martial art classes.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
